Rote Beete – Campus gastronomy for the University of Bochum
On 540 square meters, the new campus bistro "Rote Bete" at the Ruhr University, designed by us, invites you to vegetarian and vegan delights.
It was to be natural, inviting and sustainable; with a pleasant atmosphere and far away from the everyday canteen charm. Our design concept combines the formal structure and straightforwardness in the furniture with the tangible feel and quality of natural materials.
